How often does the menu change?

At Tana's Kitchen, we change our menu monthly. We do have a few favorites that will come back from time
to time, but we give you a variety of new items to try each month.

Do I need to empty my freezer?
|
It is always a good idea to make some space in your freezer before you come to Tana's
Kitchen. We do provide a variety of freezer bags and disposable pans that should fit in a standard freezer with no
problem and still leave room for ice cream and your other frozen foods.

Can I share my order with a friend?
|
Yes, you can share an order with a friend. Keep in mind, a delivery order will be made to only one location.

Can I split my meals?
|
Yes, most of our full-size entrées serve 4 to 6 people. If you have a smaller family or household with
no children, you are welcome to request we split your meals for you, in half or thirds, whatever fits your needs best.
We offer half-size and single serving size meals for Pick Up and Delivery sessions.

How do I thaw my meals?
|
We recommend that you thaw your entrées in the refrigerator 24 hours or longer. Another
safe way to thaw entrées is in the microwave. On the kitchen counter or at room temperature is not a safe way to thaw meals.

Are Tana's Kitchen prices affordable?
|
The price for a Tana's Kitchen full-size meal is between $3.00 and $4.00 per serving,
less than most fast food meals. For a Pick Up session, 12 meals cost $215.00, 8 meals cost $180.00
and 4 meals cost $100.00. Think also of the time and energy saved by not having to plan, shop, prepare and clean up.

What if my family does not like a certain ingredient?
|
We encourage you to customize your meals to your family's liking. For instance, if your
family does not like green peppers please feel free to contact Tana's Kitchen and we will be happy to leave them out.

What do I do if I can't make it to my session?
|
We understand that schedules sometimes change unexpectedly. Please call us at 540-347-9872 if you are unable
to make your pick up or delivery session. We will be glad to reschedule you for another session.
If there is a family member or friend that can pick up or accept delivery of your entrées in your place,
please call or e-mail that person's name to us, and the reservation will be held in your guest's name.

Is it possible for me to order more than one of a certain entrée?
|

Yes. If there is a menu item that you do not care for,
you may double up on something else in order to leave with the right number of entrées.

What are the forms of payment I can use?
|
Payment is due prior to the session. We accept credit cards and checks. If you prefer to pay by cash,
you must call Tana's Kitchen prior to your pick up or delivery date.

Will you help me with my entertaining?
|
We would be glad to! Order several of the same dinner
to serve your guests. Ordering from Tana's Kitchen allows you to enjoy your entertaining
along with your guests. You will have less stress and your guests will also love the food.
